Mission Statement:

  • To reduce administrative cost by standardizing and simplifying the claims submission process through recommendations to the Minnesota Administrative Uniformity Committee.

Accomplishments:

  • Developed the edition of CMS 1500 Manual (pdf 543Kb/129 pgs). Reviewed for yearly modifications.
  • Developed a cross-walk for new CPT codes for chiropractic services, in cooperation with the Minnesota Chiropractic Association and the HCPCS Committee.
  • Conducted forums on problems associated with coding and billing for optometrists, with the Minnesota Optometric Association.
