Participate in Plan CENTRAL

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO “PARTICIPATE”?

Welcome to Participate! This section of Diabetes Plan CENTRAL is intended to give you the opportunity to share the good work you are doing and the progress you are making toward achieving the goals and recommendations of the Minnesota Diabetes Plan 2010. Participate is also designed to give the Minnesota diabetes community a way to learn about the good work that colleagues from other sectors and regions of the state are doing.

Features of Participate include searching the Plan goals and recommendations, registering to endorse the Plan, sharing information about programs and activities, sharing tools and other resources and eventually, sharing success stories and lessons learned in working to achieve the goals of the Plan.

It is our hope that Participate will not only help facilitate communication about the Plan, but will serve as a well-spring for new ideas, new partnerships and ongoing inspiration to help realize the overall vision of the Plan; creating a healthier future for all people in Minnesota.
