The following is a list of the 2011-2013 Minnesota Young Student Parent Support Initiative grantees and their campus locations.
Funds will be used to expand current services to young parenting students on campus and start new student parent help centers at state, private, and tribal institutions of higher education.

The grant program’s goals:
Goal 1: Pregnant and parenting teens and young women and men (age 25 years and under) are able to accomplish their higher education/post secondary education goals.
The long term program outcomes:
- Young pregnant and parenting students enrolled in a post-secondary program (25 years and under) stay in school
- Parent students are well connected to available local resources
- Pregnant and parenting teens make plans to attend post-secondary educational institutions
- The public, especially those in contact with pregnant and parenting young people, have a greater awareness of available resources
Goal 2: Pregnant and parenting young students maintain positive health and well-being for themselves and their children.
The long term program outcomes:
- Pregnant and parenting young students adopt and maintain healthy habits for themselves and their children
- Young student parents are confident and competent parents
- Students receiving services report a healthy balance between work, school, home, and family life
