OPI Office Locations
OPI staff are spread out throughout the state. Many staff are located in downtown Saint Paul; other staff, including Public Health Nurse Consultants, are located in MDH district offices around the state.
If you would like to contact an OPI staff member and are unsure of their location, please consult the staff listing above. Staff are located in the Freeman building north of downtown Saint Paul, unless noted otherwise.
