Becker, Clay-Wilkin, and Otter Tail Community Health Boards

Studies have shown the positive impact of interventions by health care providers, and ICSI Guidelines are seen by health professionals as a best practice for managing patient health. This intervention seeks to provide support and resources to incorporate ICSI Guidelines into provider systems to reduce obesity and tobacco use.
