Problem: Kandiyohi County found it difficult to engage community partners in the formation of a community leadership team.
Aim: By July 1, 2009, Kandiyohi County Public Health intends to establish a leadership team representative of Kandiyohi County, in order to improve the health of all residents of Kandiyohi County
