Because employees spend so much time at their job, worksites have an opportunity to impact the health of their employees, either positively or negatively. With rising health care costs, implementing a comprehensive worksite wellness initiative is a way for employers to play a role in positively influencing the health of their employees and potentially lowering health care costs.
