Meeker-McLeod-Sibley Community Health Board
Problem: Lack of a formal leadership structure to implement the Statewide Health Improvement Program.
Aim: By June 30, 2009, the MMS CHB will develop a working community leadership team (CLT) within the existing Healthy Communities Collaborative [HCC] in order to broaden the sector participation: schools, communities, health care and worksites.
