Strengthening Minnesota's Public Health System

The Office of Performance Improvement (OPI) plays a key role in strengthening the partnership between local public health departments (e.g., county and multi-county agencies) and the Minnesota Department of Health (i.e., the State). The strength of Minnesota's public health system is due in part to the strength of this partnership.

State Community Health Services Advisory Committee (SCHSAC)

The State Community Health Services Advisory Committee (SCHSAC) advises, consults with, and makes recommendations to the Commissioner of Health on matters relating to the development, funding, and evaluation of community health services in Minnesota.
