Minnesota Health Statistics Annual Summary
The Minnesota Health Statistics Annual Summary is a report published yearly, ten to eleven months following the close of a calendar year. A broad range of summary statistical data for the state of Minnesota, as well as some county-level data, is presented in these subject areas:

  • Live Births
  • Fertility
  • Infant Mortality and Fetal Deaths
  • General Mortality
  • Marriage and Divorce
  • Population

Minnesota Department of Health Vital Statistics
The Minnesota Vital Statistics Interactive Queries (I.Q.) allows the user to customize on-line queries of birth, death and population data. It produces data tables, charts, maps at a county, regional and statewide level.

Report to the Legislature: Induced Abortions in Minnesota
This report is issued in compliance with MN Statute 145.4134 which requires a yearly public report of induced abortion statistics for the previous calendar year and statistics for prior years adjusted to reflect any additional information from late and/or corrected report forms, beginning with October 1, 1998 data.
