Child Care Health Consultation Funding Opportunity

The Minnesota Department of Health is seeking proposals from organizations for the provision of child care health and safety consultation to child care providers in two areas of the state. Grantees will assist the interagency efforts of the state in meeting the federal Race to the Top/Early Learning Challenge (RTT/ELC) grant obligations by assuring high quality child care facilities in two transformation zones (Minneapolis Northside Achievement Zone (NAZ), St. Paul Promise Neighborhood). The overall goal for this proposal will be to contribute to the development of high quality child care by providing expertise and experience relative to health and safety best practices in child care settings.

Proposals are due no later than 4:30 PM, Friday, June 21, 2013.
