Audience: Chinese seniors

Description: This program provides an opportunity for Chinese seniors to socialize each other. It is held at the last Saturday of each month from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Hospitality Center for the Chinese, China Place Building, 1407 Cleveland Ave N. St. Paul, MN 55108. Seniors listen to some seminars given by Chinese physicians, invited by CSSC or other speakers. Seniors play chess, mahjiang game, potluck lunch.

Confidential HIV Community Based Testing and Education

Description: Free confidential HIV community-based testing. Call to schedule individual testing. Includes Sister to Sister one-on-one HIV/STD Risk Reduction Program for teen girls and women.

Meets first Wednesday of every month with the exception of July

Monthly Twin Cities meeting rotates among member sites with teleconference access for those in Greater Minnesota

Audience:  Community health workers and representatives of stakeholder organizations such as mutual assistance associations and other community nonprofits, tribes, community clinics, hospitals, clinic systems, health plans, voluntary health organizations, state and local public health and human services agencies, health plans, post-secondary schools, funders and others

Description: The MN CHW Alliance is a welcoming and inclusive partnership of CHWs and stakeholder organizations who work together to advance the CHW field in order to achieve the Triple Aim, reduce health disparities, expand and diversify the health care workforce and foster healthier communities.
