Beginning with the 2009 edition, this publication will be available only through the web site. Earlier editions may be found at many libraries within the state of Minnesota. Copies are also held at the Minnesota Department of Health, Minnesota Center for Health Statistics (MCHS). MCHS has volumes dating from 1950 through 2008.
