Child and Adolescent Health
Children’s Report Card (Minnesota Department of Administration)
Minnesota Planning developed the Children's Report Card in 1994 to help the state and its 87 counties gauge the well-being of Minnesota's children and youth. The site includes state, county and school district data over several years for each of the 31 indicators. Maps and county rankings are some of the features that allow comparisons from county to county and with the state as a whole.

Data Center - District Information - Minnesota Department of Education
The Data Center provides a repository of information about Minnesota schools. Several years of data have been compiled describing general characteristics of each school district including enrollment, attendance and language.
Minnesota KIDS COUNT - Children's Defense Fund Minnesota
Minnesota KIDS COUNT provides county-by-county data on the well-being of Minnesota's children and families. Minnesota KIDS COUNT releases periodic reports and an annual data book to provide a statistical profile of Minnesota's children and suggestions for action on their behalf.
City-County-Community Level Information on Kids System
This Web site brings together data on the well-being of children collected by KIDS COUNT grantees from state and local sources. The unique system allows users to access state-specific inventories of data from local sources, such as health departments, human services agencies, and schools. The content of state pages is determined by a participating KIDS COUNT partner using data from local jurisdictions.

Minnesota Cancer Surveillance System (MDH)
The Minnesota Cancer Surveillance System (MCSS) is the state's cancer registry. It is an ongoing program within the Section of Chronic Disease and Environmental Epidemiology at the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH). The MCSS systematically collects demographic and diagnostic information on all Minnesota residents with newly-diagnosed cancers.

The Criminal Justice Statistics Center at Minnesota Planning obtains databases from various state agencies and analyzes them for policy-makers. Updated annually, these databases contain data on criminal offenses, arrests and apprehensions, justice system expenditures, and probation cases.

To support its mission of preventing injuries in Minnesota, the Minnesota Department of Health has developed MIDAS, the Minnesota Injury Data Access System. It will enable you to more easily learn about the injury and violence data for Minnesotans, whether for a specific county, for a type of injury, or by gender, timeframe, or other factor.
