Minnesota Registration and Certification System (MR&C)
The Minnesota Registration and Certification (MR&C) system is the next step in improved vital record data collection and issuance. It effectively replaced the MN VRV2000 in March, 2011. MR&C is an integrated, web-based application that will allow state and local issuance staff, hospital birth registrars, funeral directors, physicians, and medical examiners to enter, maintain, and use birth and death data.
