Minnesota Food Code Rule Revision
Code Consensus Committee II (CCC II)
This committee was formed by the Food Safety Partnership. Throughout 2005 and 2006, the committee reviewed the U. S. Food and Drug Administration 2005 Model Food Code and the 2007 Code Supplement. The committee produced recommendations about changes to the Minnesota Food Code, Minnesota Rules, Chapter 4626.
The following documents contain the current Minnesota rule language and the CCC II recommendations listed side by side. The first document (the mini-side-by-side) contains the recommendations presented at the January 2010 Food Safety Partnership meeting. The second document contains all of the committee’s recommendations.
