Instructors of Certified Food Managers
Instructors of trained managers need to maintain current knowledge of the food industry and are a critical link in the food system. Instructors teach Certified Food Managers to ensure food served in their retail establishments is safe to eat. In Minnesota, a study has shown that restaurants with trained managers do better during their food service inspections.
