Sample Certificate
If you are the designated Food Manager for a food establishment:
- you must be state certified, and
- your State of Minnesota Food Manager Certificate must be posted on the wall in the establishment where you work (keep a photocopy at home and the wallet card in your wallet).
A State of Minnesota Food Manager Certificate looks like this:
If you do not have a Food Manager Certificate that looks like the one above you are NOT state certified.
