Incorrect Fee for Statewide Hospitality Fee

Is your fee correct?
The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) is required to collect a $35 Statewide Hospitality Fee from every food, beverage and lodging establishment within the state of Minnesota, including those who receive their license from a local jurisdiction such as a city or county (Minnesota Statutes, section 157.16, subd. 3a).
