As required by Minn. Stat. 2010 116.9402 and 116.9403, Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) has published a list of chemicals called Chemicals of High Concern and Priority Chemicals on its website. Comments on these lists are being accepted by e-mail and by mail. All substantive comments will be posted on this page. Comments will be considered during the next revision of the Chemicals of High Concern or Priority Chemical lists.
