Blood Lead Reporting Requirements
Minnesota Statutes, section 144.9502, subd. 3, requires reporting laboratories to submit blood lead results of 15 ug/dL and above within two working days by phone, fax or electronic transmission. Blood lead results of 14.9 ug/dL are submitted within one month. Reporting requirements and the Blood Lead Report Form are available in PDF format below.
