FPLS Statewide Performance Measures

The Food, Pools, and Lodging Services (FPLS) Statewide Performance Measures help a) provide a statewide picture of FPLS in Minnesota and b) help drive statewide improvement efforts. The EHCIB is committed to collecting FPLS statewide performance measures and to improving the measures and process. FPLS statewide performance measures will be revised and collected again in 2019 based on feedback gathered in 2018. More information on how to provide feedback is forthcoming.

The EHCIB piloted FPLS statewide performance measures in 2017, reporting on 2016 data. The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), the Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA), and locally delegated FPLS programs submitted 2016 data in April-May 2017. The overall response rate was excellent and the data provide, for the first time, a statewide picture of FPLS in Minnesota. Statewide results are available at the link below. Local results were emailed to FPLS program managers and/or CHS Administrators/PH Directors.
