X-ray Reciprocity for
Temporary Equipment
Whenever radiation-producing x-ray equipment is brought into Minnesota for any temporary use, a written notice must be provided to the Commissioner at least three working days before the equipment is used (4732.0250). Once the application is received, the equipment can be kept at a facility for 180 calendar days from the date of the notice without paying fees with the Minnesota Department of Health, Radiation Control Unit.
