X-ray Screening Information
An annual, renewable screening application is required for those facilities that want to do Computed Tomography (CT) Screening of the heart, colon or lung. Information must be complete for an application to be approved.
CT screening should not be done without MDH approval.
Screening applications are reviewed according to Chapter 4732.0565. Please allow 30 days for review. Currently, there is no fee for screening application submittals. Every year we are asking that screening facilities summarize their results on the Annual Screening Report Form, and include it with next year’s screening application.
