|Governor's Office Approval||Fall 2015||November 6, 2015||After the comment period closes, the Governor's Office reviews information about comments submitted and any proposed changes to the draft rules.|

MDH did not receive 25 or more requests for hearing. Therefore, the hearing was canceled.
MDH submitted the proposed rules and comments received to the OAH for review on November 6, 2015.
|An Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) reviews the proposed rules and related documents to ensure agencies have the statutory authority to propose or amend rules, demonstrate the rule’s need and reasonableness, give adequate notice regarding the rules, and comply with other rulemaking requirements.|
