Minnesota Family Planning Program (MFPP)

The Minnesota Family Planning Program (MFPP) is a health care program run by the Minnesota Department of Human Services that covers family planning services and related supplies at no cost for men and women between the ages of 15 and 50 who are not enrolled in Medical Assistance or Minnesota Care and meet certain income limits.
