2010 Family Home Visiting Program Legislative Report - This report highlights the activities and accomplishments of the Family Home Visiting Program during the past two years. It describes the development of the program in the areas of targeted home visiting plans, training and technical assistance, and evaluation.

2008 Family Home Visiting Program Legislative Report - This report shares success stories of Minnesota’s Family Home Visiting Program; provides an overview of current Family Home Visiting programs within the state provided by CHBs; and serves as a status report of current activities addressing the 2007 Legislative revisions to the Family Home Visiting Statute.
2008 Family Home Visiting Community Health Board Plan Report - This report summarizes the Family Home Visiting plans that were submitted to the Commissioner of Health in March, 2008 by Minnesota's 53 Community Health Boards. The report describes: a) the clients, programs, and staffing of Family Home Visiting programs; b) how the programs address diversity issues; c) the identification and outreach strategies, the screening and assessment tools, and the curricula used; d) the documentation systems used and the evaluation outcomes measured; e) the home visitor and supervisor training needs identified; f) how the programs are funded; as well as g) the types of relationships they have with their community partners.
