Calibration Process
Instructions
Please review all of the information on the website before calling or emailing a question.
Information on the Website includes:
- Registration forms
- Equipment labels
- Calibration site locations
- Vendor names, prices, locations, and contact information
- Site dates and any special instructions
- Please use MapQuest or other internet map resources for directions to the site
You need to pre-register with the vendor (see the registration form).
You need to properly label equipment, drop off and pick up promptly from your chosen site.
Notification of dates and times for drop-off and pick-up of equipment will be posted on the MDH website. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact the vendors listed below.
If you do not have access to the Internet or need any other accommodation, please contact MDH (Sheila Blackman 651-201-3735 or sheila.blackman@state.mn.us).
