Annual Calibration Locations
General Directions
- Go to your region (see the listed counties for each region). There are 11 regions and you will have to scroll down the webpage to find the region desired. You are not required to use a specific site, so you may choose to use a site that is most convenient for you.
- For each region, unless otherwise noted, there will be a list of sites. You will likely have to scroll down the webpage to find the site you desire.
- Under the site, the following information will be posted:
- Site name, address, and contact person at the site
- a date of service, when to drop off equipment and when to pick it up
- which vendor will be providing the service for that day
- Click on the Calibrations Vendor list, contact information, price list, registration and label file. These are the forms you will need to use as well as any other information you will need.
- If you have any questions regarding calibrations, site location, pick up or drop off dates and times, call the vendor of your choice.
