  • CAH Family Support & Networking Winter Educational Event will be held on Saturday, February 25th from 1 to 3 pm at the Minnesota Department of Health’s Snelling Office Park Conference Center, 1645 Energy Park Dr. St Paul, MN 55108-2790

NEWBORN SCREENING: AFTER DIAGNOSIS Minnesota Children and Youth with Special Health Needs has designed the “Next Steps” information connection as a resource after a child has been diagnosed with a rare medical condition.
