Can you combine canned beans and dry beans in a children's package (FP 4)? (05/20/09)
Not in the same month. Since children are eligible for only one peanut butter/bean selection. The peanut butter/beans options for Food Package 4 are:
- 15-18 oz. jar peanut butter, OR
- 1 pound dry beans, OR
- 64 ounces canned beans
CPAs can alternate between bean options by creating a new food package for each month.
