The following are training materials available to assist Local Agency staff in how to to use the Initial Contact screen in HuBERT. The Initial Contact screen is how first contact with applicants/participants is documented and allows verification of compliance with the Federal Processing Standards. The objective of the Initial Contact is to ensure that Local Agencies are serving participants as quickly as possible and to the best of their abilities.
