Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles

  • 2 cups strawberries, chopped - frozen, fresh or canned fruit, drained
  • 2 cups (16 oz.) vanilla yogurt OR fruit yogurt
  • Mix strawberries and yogurt in a medium bowl.

  • 12 small (5 oz.) plastic OR paper cups
  • 12 wooden popsicle sticks OR plastic spoons
  • Aluminum foil
  • Spoon mixture into cups.
  • Place popsicle stick or spoon in center of each cup.

Cover tops with pieces of aluminum foil, piercing each with the stick or spoon handle.

Freeze 5 hours or until solid. To remove popsicles from cups, place bottom of cup under warm running water for 15 seconds. Press firmly on bottom of cup to release the popsicle. (Do not twist or pull popsicle sticks.) Store leftover popsicles in freezer.

Orange Popsicles

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1 tsp honey OR sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp dry milk
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 4 small (5 oz.) plastic OR paper cups
  • 4 wooden popsicle sticks OR plastic spoons
  • Aluminum foil
  • Put all food ingredients in a blender pitcher.

Blend until smooth. Pour into paper cups.

  • Insert wooden pop stick or plastic spoon into center of each cup for a handle.

Cover tops with pieces of aluminum foil, piercing each with the stick or spoon handle.

Freeze 5 hours or until solid. To remove popsicles from cups, place bottom of cup under warm running water for 15 seconds. Press firmly on bottom of cup to release the popsicle. (Do not twist or pull popsicle sticks.) Store leftover popsicles in freezer.

Peachy Pops

  • 2 peaches OR 1 1/2 cups canned peaches, drained and chopped OR other fruit of your choice
  • 2/3 cup (6 oz.) vanilla yogurt OR other flavor of your choice
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • Divide peach pieces among the 6 paper cups
  • Place yogurt in a medium bowl. Slowly pour orange juice into yogurt, stirring until blended.

Pour juice mixture over peaches.


  • 6 small (5 oz.) plastic OR paper cups
  • 6 wooden popsicle sticks OR plastic spoons
  • Aluminum foil
  • Place popsicle stick or spoon into center of each cup.

Cover tops with pieces of aluminum foil, piercing each with the stick or spoon handle.

Freeze 5 hours or until firm. To remove pops from cups, place bottom of cup under warm running water for 15 seconds. Push on bottom oc cup to remove popsicle. (Do not twist or pull handle.) Store leftover popsicles in freezer.

Pudding Pops

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 small box chocolate pudding mix OR flavor of your choice
  • Pour milk into a medium bowl.
  • Add dry pudding mix. Stir with a wire whisk for 2 minutes.

  • 6 small (5 oz.) plastic OR paper cups
  • 6 wooden popsicle sticks OR plastic spoons
  • Aluminum foil
  • Spoon pudding evenly into paper cups.
  • Insert wooden popsicle stick or plastic spoon into center of each cup for a handle.

Cover tops with pieces of aluminum foil, piercing each with the stick or spoon handle.

Freeze 5 hours or until solid. To remove pudding pops from cups, place bottom of cup under warm running water for 15 seconds. Press firmly on bottom of cup to release the pudding pop. (Do not twist or pull popsicle sticks.) Store leftover pudding pops in freezer.
