Allowed
- Gallons or Half-Gallons, Any Brand
- For best health, WIC provides fat free skim or low fat 1% milk for women and children 2 years and older
- Fat free Skim

- BGH/BST free milk OK
Not Allowed
- No organic milk
- No buttermilk
- No Nido or Peak powdered milk
- No chocolate flavored or specialty milk
- No milk with added nutrients (other than Vitamin A or D)
- No milk in glass bottles

- Whole milk or reduced fat 2% milk
- Lactose-free or lactose-reduced (1/2 gallon size only)
