- For best health, WIC provides fat free skim or low fat 1% milk for women and children 2 years and older

Not Allowed
- No organic milk
- No buttermilk
- No Nido or Peak powdered milk
- No chocolate flavored or specialty milk
- No milk with added nutrients (other than Vitamin A or D)

- Powdered (nonfat dry milk)
- Evaporated (fat free, low fat or whole)
- Quart-size containers
- Can buy twin packs when 2 gallons are listed
- Goat (whole or low fat quarts, pasteurized with vitamin D)
- Poplar Hill
- Nanny's Pride
- Meyenberg
- Meyenberg evaporated also OK
- Never use goat milk for infants under 1 year
