Case Mix Review staff recommend that facility staff contact CMR staff for all penalties.

- RAI Manual - (Long-Term Care Facility Resident Assessment Instrument User’s Manual) Providers use this CMS manual for guidance related to coding and submission of MDS assessments.
Case Mix Login - Modify and add email addresses of individuals designated to receive emails that Case Mix Classification Notices are available to print. In June, providers use this login to make the election for short stay residents. (See History)
