Principles Of Documentation-2000 for the Statement Of Deficiencies (HCFA-2567)
Purpose
The purpose of this information bulletin is to inform you that HCFA has issued the PRINCIPLES OF DOCUMENTATION-2000 FOR THE STATEMENT OF DEFICIENCIES (HCFA-2567).
The Principles of Documentation are used in the survey and certification of an entity that participates in Medicaid, Medicare or the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) of the Public Health Service Act.
Effective Date
The revised Principles of Documentation (58 Pages) are effective June 26, 2000.
