Purpose:
To notify providers that effective immediately information pertaining to the Nursing Assistant Registry is available at the Minnesota Department of Health web site:http://www.health.state.mn.us/divs/fpc/profinfo/narinfo/contactnar.html
From this site you can download and print update forms, interstate reciprocity forms, training and test sites, and get information pertaining to the Nursing Assistant Registry and Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation programs. This website will expand and change over time as necessary.
