This bulletin replaces MDH Information Bulletin 07-06.
Purpose
The purpose of this information bulletin is to inform providers of a change in time and agenda for the June 23, 2008 telephone follow-up regarding Federal Guidance for Accidents and Supervision for F323.
The telephone call will begin at 10:00 a.m. and end at 12:00 noon.

All nursing home providers and interested parties are invited to participate. This telephone conference is scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Each nursing home is requested to use only one line. There is no charge to participate.
