Star Brand Sprinklers

In cooperation with the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Mealane Corporation, formerly know as Star Sprinkler Corporation based in Philadelphia, PA., is recalling "Star" brand D-1, RD-1, RE-1, E-1, and ME-1 fire sprinkler models made between 1961 and 1976. These fire sprinklers may not operate properly in a fire, thereby placing residents and property at risk.
