This page contains information and forms required to register as a Boarding and Lodging Establishment or Lodging Establishment Providing Special Services in the State of Minnesota.
NOTE: Your establishment must first be licensed as a Boarding and Lodging or Lodging Establishment in order to register as providing special services.
