Choosing Group Leadership

Give people a chance to get to know each other before they choose a person to lead the group. Members of a coalition/committee will be more productive and enjoy the experience more if the right person is in the lead. It may be helpful to have them review this checklist-having some criteria on which to base a decision can make the process easier.
