Prescription Drug Price Disclosure
The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) is required to collect data regarding prescription drug expenditures from all Minnesota hospitals licensed under Minnesota Statutes, section 144.50 and group purchasers required to file a full report under Minnesota Statutes, section 62J.38 and the rules promulgated thereunder (Minnesota Statutes, section 62J.381). This data is collected annually by MDH, with filings due on April 1 for the prior calendar year.

2010 Prescription Drug Purchases Report - Health Plans
Health Plans must report this information on the Health Plan Financial and Statistical Report (HPFSR)
Submission Requirements
The 2010 Prescription Drug Report Form is due by email to health.drmreport@state.mn.us by April 1, 2011.
If your organization does not purchase prescription drugs, no report is necessary.
