Body Art Applications

The renewal applications for technicians whose licenses will expire on March 31, 2013 were mailed on December 27, 2012. Please check the expiration date on your wallet card. If your license expires on March 31, 2013 and you have not received your renewal application please email Matt.Duff@state.mn.us. In your email please include your current mailing address and telephone number.
