ECP Contact List
An ECP is a health care provider that serves high-risk, special needs, and
underserved individuals. ECPs must provide or coordinate
supportive and stabilizing services (i.e. transportation, child care,
linguistic services, and culturally sensitive and competent services) to
its clients. Health plan companies must offer provider contracts
to all designated ECPs in their approved service areas to serve the
health plan companies' high-risk, special needs enrollees.
ECP
are designated pursuant to Minnesota Statutes§ 62Q.19 and Minnesota Rules Part 4688.
