Health Plan Information - Minnesota Plan Listings
The Managed Care Systems Section has licensing and regulatory oversight on all Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO), Community Integrated Service Networks (CISNs), Accountable Provider Network (APNs), County Based Purchasing (CBP) and Essential Community Providers (ECPs) that operate in the State of Minnesota.
To date there are nine HMOs, 3 CBPs and over 100 ECPs in operation to service specific areas, counties or groups in Minnesota. Currently there are no CISNs or APN in operation. For more information click on the corresponding link below.
