CBP Profile - South Country Health AllianceCounty Based Purchasing (CBP) is a purchasing system operated by a county or group of counties. The CBP entity purchases health care services for certain residents enrolled in Medical Assistance, General Assistance Medical Care, and MinnesotaCare.
