How to Add Your Listing to Find A Flu Shot Clinic

Are you holding an influenza immunization clinic this year in Minnesota? If your clinic is open to public, you can add your listing to the MDH Find a Flu Shot Clinic. Minnesotans use this resource for a comprehensive listing of public clinics across the state.

1. Adding new clinics

Use our Excel template to send multiple clinics at one time.
Do you have a clinic that spans several days? Your spreadsheet should list each clinic for each individual day.

2. Updating or changing clinics

Sometimes clinic details change, such as the time of the clinic, or the phone number for the public. If you have updates to a clinic we're already listing, send an email to health.flu@state.mn.us and use "Change to Flu Shot Clinic" in the subject line of your email.

For vendors/sponsors with clinics outside Minnesota

Only Minnesota flu shot clinics can be listed in the MDH Find a Flu Shot Clinic. People in Minnesota have been accessing a comprehensive listing of Minnesota clinics here for several years. Listing your clinics here gets your information out to many people, and makes it easier for Minnesotans to find the flu shot clinic they need.

If you store your clinic information in a database, you should be able to create a report that exports the information we need, in the order we need it. Check the Add Multiple Flu Shot Clinics page for those specifications.
