2008 Minnesota Viral Hepatitis Symposium:
A Time for Change

Presented by: The American Liver Foundation – Upper Midwest Chapter and the Minnesota Department of Health

Purpose: This symposium will provide a forum for creating a vision of how hepatitis prevention, diagnosis, management, and treatment should be addressed in Minnesota through both public and private venues. The agenda features nationally known hepatitis experts, leaders from states that have made significant inroads in addressing hepatitis, as well as individuals familiar with hepatitis in our state.

Audience: Health care professionals, including physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and nurses, Substance abuse and mental health treatment staff, Individuals working with HIV/AIDS-related community-based organizations, corrections staff, those working with veterans or the homeless, hepatitis advocates.
