TB Statistics

The MDH TB Prevention and Control Program prepares quarterly and annual reports summarizing the demographic and clinical characteristics of the cases of TB disease reported in Minnesota. These reports describe the epidemiology of TB in Minnesota, including the incidence of TB disease by county, age, race/ethnicity, country of origin, drug susceptibility patterns, and other factors.

  • Incidence, Prevalence, and Drug Resistance by County, 2014 (PDF)
    Provides the number of incident and prevalent cases of TB disease by county in Minnesota during 2014, including data on the percentage of cases with drug resistance. The purpose of this report is to assist health care facilities in conducting TB risk assessments. This report is updated in April of the following year. Updated 08/15

  • NCHHSTP Atlas 
    Access data reported to CDC’s National Center for HIV/AIDS, Viral Hepatitis, STD, and TB Prevention (NCHHSTP). Use HIV, STD, hepatitis, and TB data to create maps, charts, and detailed reports, and analyze trends and patterns.
