Who is required to report
Submitting clinical materials
All invasive Kingella spp. must be reported to MDH within one working day.
Isolates are considered to be from invasive disease if they are isolated from normally sterile sites.
- Yellow Disease Report Card
This disease may be reported using the MDH "Yellow Card (previously known as the "blue card")."

Any reportable infectious disease may be reported by phone to 651-201-5414 or 877-676-5414.
For Kingella, submission of clinical materials (isolate, if available) to MDH is required by rule.
